errors with new update ?

Added Anti-Ladder/Twig placement on other player base (Teams/Clan Exception not working as ladders can still be placed

supply crates still are able to be opened by other players  i have included a copy of the config file for you to look at

Anti Ladder and twig wont work if you have adminloot perms

& 

Supply crate rule only works for PlayerCallled supply drop so if a player calls it then he and if teamaccess is on then his teammates or if any player has auth to tc in that supply drop area can access loot.
if you make the rule to false then outside of the above critera players cant access loot. also there is adminloot perms as well for admin can loot all.

also no one can use a mailbox or drop box as protected ?
