Can't get it to work on Pterodactyl

Hi! I can't get this to work on Pterodactyl. The command works fine, and it wipes the files, but the server gets corrupted after the wipe. I had to restore a backup after the wipe to get it going again. Any clue why this is happening?

Hi, are there any logs of the corruption ?

Did it work in the past and broken with last forced ?
