using commands

hello i need some help with commands, so im trying to use battle pass to give item skins VIA chaos codes players skins which has a command 

playerskins.giveskin <userID> <item shortname> <skinID> - Give a user the specified skin 

so in the config i did

playerskins.giveskin %steamid% smg.mp5 2778850644

but the command doesnt seem to run

Please check if you have the "Command" type set.

Yes, the command seems to be correct. Perhaps there are some problems on the PlayersSkins side?
