NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I am getting this error and it blocks all connections to the server.  Any help or ideas where to go is appreciated.  This is the third day in a row this plug in has effectively shut down my server.  I'm guessing its compatibility with carbon is an issue.  

Do you have more information on the NullReferenceException error at the end of what you are showing me? The errors are split so they are potentially not related.

Can you also confirm that NpcSpawn is running at the time that you're getting the error?

It may also be worth looking at the console messages from the server startup to see if there is any indication there of what is happening. Is that when the error occurs very early or is it after some time?

so my apologies, i had a planned vacation in the middle of trying to fix the server... luckily i'm not live yet and just pushed back the launch.  but, i left BetterNPC for the end when i was reloading... and i got the same issues without the plugin even installed.  which i'm thrilled about as BetterNPC is key to my design along with a custom map.  (doing a prim server)  but for all intents and purposes, you can close this support request as I am positive something else is causing my map/server issue.  I just haven't figured out what yet.  this really is a great plugin!
