loadout not give on respawn

hi, it seems some of my players dont get the saved loadout when selected 

so when they make a loadout 
then the select it, as there loadout 

then when they die, 
they not get it 

the players they had this problem said they changed the loadout before 

it saved the new loadout, 
but its still using the old loadout before they changed it
