Slow down the upgrade all process

Hi!

Is there anyway we can get a slower upgrade/downgrade all process? The lowest you can go in the config is 1 right now and id love to slow it down a bit more. 

Also if we can get some sort of noise with it? Its a bit freaky when it all suddenly just magically changes.

Sorry i mean not the tier but the speed, when someone runs /up all its very very fast, i was wondering if we can lower the speed as the lowest you can go is 1.


as a seperate thing, i think adding twig to the list in the bottom left would be nice.
