pump craft limits

Hello, just wondering if I am doing something wrong... I have the following craft limits in place

WITH the following setting   "Limit - Default Pump Limit (0, to disable)": 3,

I was able to craft 5

do I have a setting wrong please?

It's not craft limit. It's placement limit
