Issues when using resource while upgrading walls and foundations

There seems to be another bug, when upgrading walls and foundations, stone and other items goes to showing 1 stone in inventory but if you throw the stone out or pick backup it shows -200 to -600 or sometimes 0

This looks like a conflict with another plugin. Do you have any plugin installed that might mess with stacking?
