Need to reload plugin so it is working again

i had now several times where i wasnt able to call for supplys and had to reload the plugin.

It says the limit is reached but it is no plane active at all.

I use skyfall/airfield event maybe there is a error with that plugins, because they call the cargo
I also have players who run the giant excavator but they didnt call the supply from there

I have the same problem.
