Players without any permissions can use /redeemrecycler. Any solution to this?

The only way they would be able to use it is if they had recyclers assigned to them.

If they have 0 recyclers, they won't be given additional ones each wipe unless they have the permission.

For instance, if they have 2 recyclers assigned to them, they can use the command twice.
