NPCs aren't raiding my base

I've re-config'ed the files and nothing happens. I've been running test after test and all that does happen is the chat saying we're going to raid you, but no one ever shows up??? 

Are you using any other npc plugins like BetterNpc?

Temporarily unload BetterNPC see if they come.

They came instantly, if that's the case, then I'm giving you this plug-in back. I'm not giving up BetterNpc. It's a nice Plug-in, but if I can't use it. Then I can't use it. 

I shouldn't have said that. I'll figure this out, it worked before, now today not so much, so it can't really be BetterNpc if it worked before. I'll figure it out. 

BetterNpc has been known sometimes to take over others NPC at times. So not sure if that's the case still. But if they say there coming and you get no errors in the logs. I would assume something is killing them off.
