Can't stack bonus items

The bonus items that you can get from the meteors do not stack with their regular counterparts. It's strange, as a bonus item I have it set that you can get charcoal and high quality ore.

These do not stack with other charcoal or hqm. You can half the stack over and over, this allows the half to stack, and you can do this all the way down to 1.

I have no idea how to explain it any better I'm afraid.

Are you sure that you don;t use any weird stacking plugin? I am not changing anything in stacksizes and it shouldnt be possible.
