Failed to call Hook

Hello,

got this after server restart.

And i have no hqm with Level 5. On level 5 it shows the hqm image with questinmarks on the right table.  When i set hqm to level 4 it works. When i set max quarry level to 6 and hqm to 5 it works also but not when both set to level 5.

Similar error. Not sure if this will help any. But this spams like a mother on server load.
