A couple player have just reported loss of resources and fuel today.

I have both the requirement of needing TC auth as well as running PreventLooting.
I noticed that if I drop a TC down I'm able to then toggle the engine.
Both players have a fully upgraded (lvl20) quarry.
I'm running BackPumpJack to handle the crude and ore return.

Noticed a setting in another plugin so one statement was irrelevant.
