New items

Please help.. i dont seem to be able to create new items when i do the uif.give i keep getting special seed not found

this is the one im trying to make just basic bleach   my process was to copy the above it past bellow as above then fill in the info to create my seed..   what am i missing please  also the "3490826120": { top left of this config how is that generated..  if im copying the one above each time they all going to have this same number....
