Missing parent entity

Every time I add harbor event to my servers I end up getting this missing parent entity issue with the cargo ship containers. Then I have to run a plugin to remove them. 
 

could you please fix this issue? Otherwise I’ll have to remove the harbor event again so this doesn’t keep happening.
