Pickup issues

I've had a lot of players report they are having issues with /pickup. Most of the time they are not able to do it, but there is no error to tell them what the problem is that isn't allowing it.

We can't recall the vehicles either.    This really needs to be updated -- we just put in Karuza's cars (which are hugely popular) but the ability to recall your vehicle is essential.   Thank you, dev, for making this, and hopefully there's a quick, easy fix

No updates in a while and this issue is kind of pressing.  I really hope the developers are still developing this and get an update out soon.   

yeah pickup with hammer doesnt work either !

really really need this to be updated.  Folks are not happy about not  being able to recall their vehicles.

I think it has to do with managing cooldowns in the cooldowns.json file. Probably when a player loses a vehicle and buys a new one. 

I ran some tests with one of our players, and after he lost a helicopter, I had to manually delete his entry from the cooldowns.json file so that the new helicopter would generate correctly and be assigned to him.

It’s still not working, but I think the root cause of the problem is in that file.
