No permission to use command

Hello,
I just bought this plugin and installed also the imagelibary. when i try /sprules or any other commands it says i do not have permission.

How do i give myself permission to use those command ?

Permissions are
 

simplepve.admin - Required to enable or disable SimplePVE

simplepve.adminloot - Required to view Loots
