Custom route not working?

I did convoyrootstart and went around the entire map and saved it as 'wholemap'. When I tried to use /convoystart wholemap it says "event configuration could not be found". 

How do I solve this?

In order for the convoy to move along a custom route, you need to enter this name in the config

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

"Custom route name" in config

Changed Status from Work in Progress to Closed

Is it possible to add multiple Custom Routes? I've tried formating this a couple different ways to include my other recorder routes with no luck.
