Hi
Despite this line in the config, players can still skin their epic loot and lose the item's attributes:
"Prevent EpicLoot items from being reskinned?": true
I use the Skins plugin.

Skins doesn't have a way to prevent the items from being loaded into the container so it is not compatible with that option.
