This is a 10x Alpha loot table config for lootables (including NPCs) as well as the heli and bradley crates. Items not included in 10x are things that have durability, can be skinned, or should not be stacked. These include weapons (and weapon mods), clothing, and building/construction items such as doors, windows, etc. Electrical and plumbing components are 10x.
