Commands

* `attachradio` -- Attach a radio on vehicle you are looking at
* `removeradio` -- Dettach a radio on vehicle you are looking at
* `attachallcarradio` -- Attach a radio on all vehicles currently spawned on map
*   `detachallcarradio` -- Dettach a radio on all vehicles currently spawned on map

Permissions

* `carradio.attachcarradio` -- Allows the player to attach car radio
* `carradio.detachcarradio` -- Allows the player to detach car radio
* `carradio.attachallcarradio` -- Allows the player to attach car radios globally *(ONLY ALLOW TO ADMINS)*
* `carradio.detachallcarradio` -- Allows the player to remove   car radios globally *(ONLY ALLOW TO ADMINS)*
