Figured it out, disregard.

If i edit the config or create a new event it wont save. Just reverts back and doesnt show up on the ui

There was no resources in the loot files. Thats why I couldnt figure out where they were coming from. But I think the bases were copyed with loot in the TC thats why. So i set clear boxes in the config to true and it solved my problem

Where exactly is the location for tc resources?

Is it possible to setup a cooldown on the portals? So a user cannot just jump back and forth.
