    @Death Might be able to assist you

    The issue is caused by item instances becoming duplicated where an item persists in multiple places at the same time. Although I cant tell you exactly what plugin or piece of code is doing that.

    Check you logs in carbon/logs/carbon.core.log and see if there are any messages, usually there are a few in regards to the plugin api
