Mine acts exactly the same.

Just had the same issue. The convoy starts teleporting around the map. Entities spawn at some monument and then disappear after a brief time (maybe 10-15 seconds) just to respawn at the next location. NPCs remain in a limbo state - frozen in place. Also a noticeable FPS drop in the area.

What I've found out so far is that after the latest update there is a plugin that interferes yours from working correctly. What I'm seeing is like the button on the oilrig has no handler. It is there but pressing it does nothing. When it works and you pressed it without the proper card you woud get a message but I'm getting nothing ... with or without the proper purple card. Also I'm getting no errors on the console. When I unloaded all of the plugins except yours everything worked as it should. I'll see if I can manage to figure out which plugin is the culprit here.

Looks like the update broke something. The button is on the wall but the event does not start. No errors to be seen.
