    Thanks for the reply Steen. I have utilized some of the plugs you mentioned and have it ,pretty much.
    It is a combo of Rust Rewards>HumanNPC>GUIShop>Compound Options>NPC Vendor Modifier>Economics>Item Rename  w/ a boatload of config changes.
