Does this require Rust Edit or can it be spawned in?

This does require Rust Edit to upload. But it is really easy to add to a map. If you download Rust edit then open the map you want to use open the prefab menu after copying the files in Rust edit custom prefab file. Type in Community center in the top box left click and drag the prefab to the map then click on the preset settings. Save the map and you are good to use the map.
