Debug plugin (PAYED)

hi im looking for some sort of debug plugin

atm i run multiple servers with alot of plugins 
some of these servers sometimes get massive lag spikes and all my server shows is 0 0 
0 0
0 0
0 0
0 0 
times a million.........................

but who what or where this is i cannot see 

i need plugin that i can put on the server that will tell me exacly what is running 
what hooks are being called 
what plugins are causing this and so on 


i need to fix my lag
