need a rebuild / fix for an old plugin from karuza "rustplanes" [PAYED]

hi i have an old plugin from long time ago from karuza called rustplane
he stopped building / supporting his plugins for a long time

i fixed this plugin and others from him myself until this point

the plugin technicly still works real good but it lags my server alot

i need this fixed
i tryed other plugins but its simply not the same so i need help
