lock horse or mini to the owner

i need plugin to lock horse or mini copter to the first player ride it
for example
if player find horse on the map and he ride it he will be the owner with his team or clan, other players cant ride that horse + owner can hit it with hammer and pick it up same thing with mini copter
but if pick it up he can still give it to other players
