Has anyone encountered the message "Workbench Level 2 is currently locked!"

Hello, I have encountered a weird problem and I hope if this problem can get fixed. That would help anyone else that has this problem right now or in the future.

I just launched back my Rust Server and I have noticed that the crafting for my Workbench Level 2 is locked. There are no logs in my console when I attempt to craft it.

Adding the plugin "No Craft" and giving it the config:

{ "BlockedItems": { "workbench2": false }, Note: (It did not worked)

Does anyone know if it is blocked by some of my plugins or Rust made a new update that you have to wait a certain time to unlock the next workbench?

I am kinda confused right now. I have attached a picture of the error message in-game and my plugin list below since my server is complex.

Someone helped me on an other forum, it was "Timed Progression" affecting the build of the workbench level 2.
