completed Clothing Options

Hello,

I'm looking to have a paid plugin made for my server. The plugin would allow players and NPC's to stack clothing and armor. Basically take the Rust limitations away when it comes what clothes you can wear with other clothing. I know this can be done, as I have seen it on another server. I enjoy creative freedom when it comes to my modded server

For example, I could wear a hazmat suit with a metal facemask and metal chestplate etc.
