Items that spawn prefabs

Looking for someone to make me a plugin obv ill pay for it, I want to plugin that allows players to get an item and when placed it spawns the prefab at location. aka a tree or something I specify in config and able to add multiple prefabs.

Maybe support a custom icon per item to make it more clear for the player?
