Item unstacker

We have things that modify certain stack sizes. But there is nothing out there that does unstacking.

Example if you have a stack of rocks and you want to fill your inventory with multiple rocks, instead of throwing the stack. You can unstack them splitting them into equal sizes.

Basicly like Furnace splitter but for inventory items.
