Third Person Plugin for Players

There is a server called "Project Lazarus Dayz" that has a custom plugin that allows players to get third person point of view. This is not on any website, but the plugin creator would not sell to me, he did say though that it was easy to make.

Would pay for something like this to be made.

That's not the most stable though, it's buggy at times.
