I didn't receive the gif card after purchasing

I wrote to Discord support and haven't received an answer for a long time about why I haven't received a gift code anywhere. I'm asking for a refund or a code.

Do you recall if you chose email or print option? If you chose print, go to Purchases -> Misc and click manage on the gift card. You'll see the option to print there which reveals the code to redeem.
