[PAID/Public] Base Blueprint

Is there a way to make me a plugin where you type a /command while holding the building plan and you can open UI to select your saved base/s blue blueprint.
Then you can place it where you're looking at and manually start building it after that.

Since the last updates you can see when other player around you is trying to place building parts (wall, foundation, roof, etc.) as a the blue placeholder. Maybe this can help?
The whole base will be a blue blueprint (everything connected properly) and when you place something with the building plan then it will align perfectly and remove the said blueprint part?
Example - the blue parts are connected...

Edit: You can check how tutorial island teaches you to place furnace, walls, doors and it's all blue blueprints you can place the items on.
