How do i make a discord kit?

So im looking for some help iv been trying to sort this for a while so i see servers where you do /kit and there will be a discord kit but to get that they have to go on my discord and verify! Can someone please help me figure a way out to make it?

Right i think iv got this right

do i have to restart the server for it to work and once again thank you for your help probably most help iv had better then google

what i noticed now the players dont get the default group anymore only vip
