C-130 dispenser

Looking for a plugin that would dispense flyers across the map for players to pick up to read like importinat update or Please read discord channel and so forth. 

 

so basically You would make a note saying Meeting is Sunday the 15th 2025 at 2300hrs where to go hangout channel and along with our discord link. 

then a c-130 would fly across the map tossing these notes out the back and the notes to not be deleted until restart and runs only once a day.
