Buying a map - Not getting what I bought

Hi,

If I buy a map (which I have done). Implemented it, started my server etcetera but the map does not have what it advertised, there are glitches and other relevant issues. Am I able to get a refund?
Because I really wanted to have a custom map. Now I have it but 50% works.
