I am looking for a plugin that can add custom items to specific loot

I want to give players a small chance to find dollar notes in certain crates
Then convert the dollar notes into Economics, so that they can spend it in the game store

Does such a thing exist?

I just have no idea how APIs work when it comes to making custom items for the server
