Plugin event timer

Hello i am looking for a plugin that would prevent multiple events like heavy cargo ship or others from running at the same time. it causes a lot of laag if they run at the same time.

if you can make it and send me a copy i would appreciate it, i dont have much and am still getting around on the server owner side, trying hard to make it work and grow.
