Error with Custom Map Orion 2000 - World Version

Hello, I've tried everything, including re-installing the server, I keep getting the same error. I've added dl=1 to dropbox link.

 

I've deleted all previous map files. 

 

Do you have any idea? Any assistance is appreciated.
