How does it work with the W-8 BEN form?

I am from Germany and would like to sell my raidable bases with you. As far as I know, I have to fill out and submit the W-8 BEN form. Where can I do this?

Since we are not the merchant of record, you don’t need to submit a W-8 BEN form to us. PayPal handles any necessary tax documentation related to the payouts processed through our platform.
