Island Prefab

I am looking for a large island prefab that I can use for server events. I have attached a screenshot example to show what I am looking for size wise. I want something that's flat enough in the middle for me to place a hub build of about 50-100 foundations and still also have space for players to surround the hub with their shops. The player shops will be a max of 20-25 foundations. Additionally, while I want the building area to be large and flat, I would still like the island to be designed/shaped so it doesn't look plain/bland. I want it to still have a unique island design so that it actually looks like it belongs on the maps I am placing it on. I would need this prefab to be able to be used on any custom map that I purchase.
