Upgrades Locked??

I have bought the Brick, Brutalist Shipping container and adobe skins . why does it say its locked? I have all Permissions set properly and restarted server to make sure, but it still won't let me upgrade to those skins??????

yes, several times since loading the plugin, also had to pull the building skins file because it had a major issue and crashed the server.

Have you by change restarted your client since purchasing these skins?
