Rust Events (Heavycargo/Convoy/Junckyard)

Hello, I bought these 3 events (Heavycargo/Convoy/Junckyard) and installed them on my server, but I can't enter a chat command or console command. Do I need additional plugins for these plugins?

Which plugins did you purchase? Can you specify exactly what they were called or even better, link to them.

I noticed some of the plugins you mention have a dependency (as shown below) but without knowing if they are the ones you bought, we can't really help.
