Im sure this already exists so please point me in the right direction if it does, if not them I want a plugin that will allow a train to do around a track on its own without a player driving it, it should also not require fuel and also auto stop whenever it encounters the train stop / go lights for aprox 10-2o seconds.

This can be easily done if your still looking to do this. I may be able to give you some tips or guide you in the correct direction as I have already done exactly this before just last month before the recent wipe I had a fully automatic train system. The train stopping at each monument that I had wanted it too. Also the driver is unable to be killed. So players cannot just kill the driver and prevent it from working properly.
