Simple Event

I want an Event That pops a ui for leader board can be simple nothing to crazy when it starts an 

the event just needs to be able to score on the leaderboard when players have looted a skinid so custom item and add the number to the leaderboard

after event runs out top three get rewards-being able to give custom item to those players on win

have a time limit a timer would be nice but i know a pain so dont matter but i have want to be able to config at least 7 items that count to leaderboard 

player will cut trees mine and skin to get this items but i have a plugin that takes care of that just need the event to be able to run and count items to a leader board an give rewards thanks!!
