Plugin Request

Good afternoon all
 

A handful of our players are always forgetting where they left their vehicle(s), especially in the dark :).  Looking for a plugin that has a permission to use, and a chat function to locate their vehicle.
If there is a plugin like this somewhere already could someone point me in the right direction please. If not, can this be made?

Hello,

I've crafted a plugin with a straightforward structure exclusively for you. The plugin operates with a specialized permission system (vehiclelocator.us). When users or groups you authorize input the /vl command in-game after mounting a vehicle or horse, it displays the location in the chat. If they are nearby, it produces an effect to assist you in pinpointing its position in the dark.
